Obiectivele tale devin obiectivele noastre!

Atmosfera în care ne petrecem orele de lucru gravitează în jurul unei echipe de specialiști creativi, care provin din background-uri diferite cu  idei diferite, reușind să le îmbine perfect.

“Provocare” este cuvântul pe care ne place să-l întâlnim cel mai des, iar “poveste” este cuvântul cu ajutorul căruia reușim să facem față oricărei astfel de provocări și niciodată nu uităm să ne ghidăm după valorile noastre: „Think!”, „Create!”, „Inspire!”.

Responsibilities 

  • Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
  • Designing and creating storyboards
  • Concept, layout and design enticing motion graphics videos for various media
  • Work with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
  • Maintain and follow best practices for version control, naming conventions and organization of graphic files
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques
  • Manage the client relationship, acting as project manager and single point of contact for the deliverable
  • Prepare budget and timeline estimates for project deliverables keeping customer up-to-date on status

Knowledge and skills requirements

  • Creative thinker exhibiting a range of varied styles and techniques;
  • In-depth knowledge/experience in 3D modeling/animation;
  • Working knowledge of sound mixing and color correction;
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflow and the latest production technology;
  • Creative expertise with After Effects, Premiere Pro and other associated tools;
  • Proficient in Adobe CC;
  • Solid understand of copyright rules and regulations;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teaming skills;
  • Ability to lead project teams, manage multiple assignments and function as a meeting facilitator;
  • Knowledge of typography and appropriate use of brand colors, images and fonts;
  • allowing for effective legibility and functionality.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related interactive design experience.

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia/Digital Design, Web Design, Graphic Design or related field.

Responsabilities

  • Liaising with clients and interpreting their briefs;
  • Developing creative ideas and concepts, often in partnership with the art director;
  • Presenting ideas to colleagues and clients;
  • Familiarising themselves with their clients’ products and services, the target audience and their competitors’ activities;
  • Writing clear, persuasive, original copy;
  • Proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar;
  • Amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients;
  • Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion;
  • Working on several campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines;
  • Liaising with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers and printers;
  • Keeping up to date with popular culture and trends;
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
  • Write press releases advertising new products;
  • Develop unique, new concepts;
  • Conceive, develop and produce effective advertising campaigns.

Knowledge and skills requirements

  • Be highly creative and imaginative;
  • Have good written and interpersonal skills;
  • Work well in a team;
  • Be able to work under pressure;
  • Have an eye for detail;
  • Have an interest in commerce, popular culture, and new advertising trends and techniques;
  • Has a great sense of humor and doesn’t lose it in stressful situations;
  • Is a wordsmith that never stops thinking of the best way to say it;
  • Excellent project/time management skills and the ability to work juggle multiple tasks and priorities as well as strong follow-through;
  • Solid team player; a self-starter, highly motivated and the ability to take initiative;
  • Solid Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills required.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of related interactive design experience.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, PR, Communications.
